We provide programs and services that support residents throughout the City and County of Peterborough and keep seniors and adults with physical challenges healthy and safe in their own homes. Our services are individualized to meet your needs and you don’t need a referral to access most of our services. All calls are confidential and our staff is happy to answer questions about our programs without obligation. Please note, our Community Care offices* will be closed as follows during the holiday season:
- Tuesday, December 24th – All offices will close at Noon
- Wednesday, December 25th (Christmas Day) – All offices are closed
- Thursday, December 26th (Boxing Day) – All offices are closed
- Tuesday, December 31st – All offices will close at Noon
- Wednesday, January 1st – All offices are closed
